HUGE toe-box. The rest of the shoe fit okay, but only with the laces strapped to their absolute tightest. I got the 11.5 M (medium), which is supposed to be for a regular-sized foot like mine, but I could barely get it tight enough to feel secure and supportive. The toes also scuff and stain easily, so unless you plan on polishing these, then don't tap or kick anything with your feet while wearing these, as they'll show damage!Construction quality is solid, arch support is poor, and the shoe feels like it was made for someone with big swollen feet. They also don't look very professional or slick - they look like they're made for diabetics or gout sufferers, which is a real let-down, as I couldn't dare return them (they were a Christmas gift from my wife).
