very warm. nice craftsmanship. a little stretch width-wise but not length-wise. fake rear pocket, but it does look better with it lol. mind the size chart! the highest waist number is spot on and not an inch more! large fleece area totally covers the butt and around the waist band. comfy! the insulation goes all the way down to the top of the gaiter. there is a metal clip bellow the snap that takes pressure off the snap and zipper. true fleece lined hand warmer pockets. good sized cargo pocket on thigh expands a little. reinforcement stitching virtually everywhere. the waterproof factor i have not tested but have no reason to doubt. the warmth value will depend largely on how much wind gets through and also has yet to be tested. i picked these over north face for a change, if they fail in any way i will go back to nf for their lifetime warranty. i do like them!I am a size 38" bought the size large and it was too small. I had to buy another pant in XL and it fits 100%Very nice quality pants for the price and one of the few ones I could find that aren't relaxed or baggy.So far so good, kept me warm and dry. Fit over a pair of jeans. The zippers have nice sized toggles that I can operate with my mittens on.Very warm when you need it.ExcellentVery happy with this ski pants it's made with high quality materials.
